New Directions Social Housing is a division of New Directions Recruitment which was formed in 1994. It is the largest independent provider of care services in Wales and has had year on year growth in excess of 30% since its formation.

This has been recognised by its inclusion in the Wales Fast Growth 50 Awards for four of the last five years and an award that recognises the countries 50 fastest growing firms and are an umbrella body for the Criminal Records Bureau.

All New Directions staff undertake a fully enhanced disclosure check, in depth reference checks and training.
