I am looking for an experienced Floating Support Worker to complete a 3 month contract for a medium sized registered social landlord.

This is a vital role working with and enabling service users to gain and sustain their independence within the community. This is an important customer service role providing a first point of contact and ongoing relationships with prospective and current service users and other external agencies.

You will, with the service users develop and review support plans which enable them to maintain their housing and develop their lives within their communities. You will be their link to other agencies, signposting and supporting. . You will promote user involvement in all aspects of their service and be able to evidence these opportunities.

You will ensure that service users? files and information are maintained to a very high standard. You will carry a caseload & work autonomously within the community while maintaining clear professional boundaries at all times.

You will need to be a positive, organised, goal orientated, customer focused, self motivated and flexible person.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tenancy support and ideally have a current CRB.
