A large Housing Association based in South Wales is looking for an experienced Social Housing professional to complete a 6 month temporary contract. Duties will include proactively promoting customer service standards and service delivery.

You will be responsible for managing tenancy requirements such as rent collection, arrears recovery, void turnaround and anti-social behaviour and deliver a prompt and effective response to tenancy/lease enquiries and complaints.

The role will also include managing relationships with internal and external departments, contractors, partners and agencies to ensure the highest level of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generic housing management and ideally have a current CRB, driving license and access to a car.
