I am looking for an experienced Housing Officer to complete a 6 month minimum contract for a small Housing Association based in West Wales. Duties will include generic patch management, dealing with anti social behaviour, rent arrears, housing repairs, voids, lettings, transfers and mutual exchanges.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generic housing management and ideally have a current CRB, driving license and access to a car.
