An 8 month fixed term contract has come up for one of the leading housing advice services in Wales. The purpose of the role is to provide support services at risk of homelessness and people who have been re-housed to prevent homelessness and, where applicable, repeat homelessness from occurring.

The successful candidate will need at a minimum of 12 months experience of working in a housing support role. You will need experience of providing basic or generalist housing advice and advocating on an individual's behalf. You will also have a good working knowledge of current housing and support issues, together with a basic knowledge of benefit entitlement and money management skills.

The ideal candidate will have a current CRB, driving license and access to a car.
